KJERRINGØY LAND ART BIENNALE 2023 -2024For the Kjerringøy Land Art Biennale in Norway I chose to work on a beach in an area called Strengen (the string) which had much driftwood and strong winds from the southwest as well as a view of Landegode (Good Land), a mountainous island to the West.
A series of artworks in three scales were conceived of for this area.

A totem as a positive space, a fissure in the rock a negative space, and a bone flute having the properties of both.
